drivers: dma-coherent: use MEMREMAP_WC for DMA_MEMORY_MAP

When the DMA_MEMORY_MAP flag is used, memory which can be accessed
directly should be returned, so use memremap(..., MEMREMAP_WC) to
provide a writecombine mapping.
