CHROMIUM: config: Renormalize splitconfig

Just ran: ./chromeos/scripts/kernelconfig oldconfig
...and hit return for everything.  AKA: no functional change
here, this just tells us where we are.

BUG=None
TEST=Compiled and booted on one device.
