Pull HID fixes from Jiri Kosina:

 - a partial revert of exponent parsing changes to make "Unit" exponent
   item work properly again, by Nikolai Kondrashov

 - a few new device IDs additions piggy-backing, by AceLan Kao and David
   Herrmann
