CHROMIUM: exynos: snow: Add PTN edid emulation

Add an entry in the ptn3460 node to specify which edid emulation value
to use. The value corresponds to 1366x768, which is the resolution of
snow's lcd panel.

TEST=Tested on snow, verified EDID was 1366x768
