CHROMIUM: config: turn on HID_CHERRY=m

Turn on support for the Cherry cymotion keyboards, since some
people might want to use them with Chromeboxes.

BUG=chromium-os:31607
TEST=plug in a cherry cymotion linux keyboard. Sorry, don't have one (external bugreport)
