OPENFLOW-1.1+: EXT-187/OF1.4 Flow Monitors Are Under Development

I am unsure if it is appropriate to annotate OPENFLOW-1.1+ in this way
but I wish to throw my hat into the ring for work on EXT-187/OF1.4
flow monitors.
